Most Indians know that Yoga helps humans to keep connected with their origin. As our scriptures say that human body is controlled by soul and soul is directly controlled by the almighty with eternal quality. That’s where our origin lies and all living beings are manifested from there in one or other forms. Vidya helps in the journey of humans to get connected to their origin, first step being how to keep the manifested body fit where the soul resides. Various asanas and pranayam techniques really helped in making my body fit. One feels more energetic whole day when yoga is done regularly every morning.
